About The Founder

Jason Chang is a seasoned executive search specialist within traditional asset management and alternative investments.

He was educated in London and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Having lived across Hong Kong, China and Taiwan since 2000, this has given him a unique cross-cultural sensitivity and a strong global network.

He believes passionately in understanding the culture and values of both clients and executives in order to achieve long term partnerships.
